Stellar Dreams Art was born from my love of space, nature and the sense of wonder they inspire!

Hi, I am Dr. Parshati Patel, the artist behind Stellar Dreams Art. I am an astrophysicist by training, a science communicator and space industry professional by career, and an artist at heart.

My artistic journey began in childhood alongside my mother, a talented artist. I explored both oil and acrylic painting from an young age, and over the past several years I have expanded into fluid art, resin art, mixed media, and most recently, oil pastels! Many of my jewellery pieces are inspired by, or even created from, the same materials used in my paintings, given each collection its own unique connection. Photography is another creative outlet that allows me to tell stories. Whether I am capturing the stars above or the beauty of the natural world around us, I hope my photographs evoke the same sense of awe and curiosity that inspires my artwork.
